Shaq Back on the Trading Block?
It looks as though the Cleveland Cavaliers Shaq experiment might be short lived if Shaq’s presence doesn’t improve the Cavs and produce wins quickly.
Reportedly the Cavs will be prepared to trade the big fella before the NBA trade deadline in February if things haven’t worked out with Shaq the way they were planning for them to work out.
Honestly, I can’t blame them as I think the Shaq experiment in Cleveland could go sour very quickly considering the fact that he clogs the lane and LeBron James loves filling up the lane causing match up nightmares for Cavs opponents. The Cleveland Cavaliers may be a good bet online.
I know the Cavs brought in Shaq to deal with the Orlando Magic’s Dwight Howard and to have another superstar playing alongside LeBron James the way the Los Angeles Lakers brought in Pau Gasol to play alongside Kobe Bryant the season before last and we all know how that has turned out.
Even though I believe that the Western Conference will be the more dominant conference next season as the Los Angeles Lakers look to be much improved with Ron Artest and Lamar Odom back, the San Antonio Spurs bringing in Richard Jefferson and the Denver Nuggets looking to get a full season under their belt with Chauncey Billups and the Portland Trailblazers improving yet again. The Eastern Conference will be pretty damn good as well with all the big dogs in the conference improving their teams like the Boston Celtics adding Rasheed Wallace, the Orlando Magic trading for Vince Carter and of course the Cavs getting Shaq.
The Cavs will be better, at least in the beginning, but the fact that the Cavs will be so cutthroat will definitely affect things down the road in terms of team chemistry and the relationship with LeBron James. The sports betting world will without a doubt be affected by the Shaq acquisition and online betting will get a boost as well. Sports betting forum will be full of Cavs predictions to win it all, I think the Lakers will take it again, but they will have to go through LeBron and Shaq if they can keep it together.
